IT’S OFFICIAL! Rock royalty is returning to Accor Stadium this year with Foo Fighters confirming they will play in Sydney on Monday 12 December.

The show will mark the epic return of rock and roll stadium concerts in Sydney and be Foo Fighters’ third trip to Accor Stadium after their unforgettable shows in 2015 and 2018.

Tickets are on sale this Thursday 10 March at 4pm via Ticketek

The 2021 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees will be bringing their full sonic arsenal to Sydney, with fan favourites like ‘The Pretender’, ‘Monkey Wrench’, ‘The Sky Is A Neighborhood’, ‘Learn to Fly’, ‘All My Life’, ‘Best Of You’, ‘My Hero’ and ‘Everlong’ sure to be on the setlist.

Now 11-time GRAMMY Award winners, Foo Fighters have cemented themselves as one of the world’s premiere stadium concert attractions and their Sydney show is sure to be unmissable.

Joining Foo Fighters as special guests in Sydney are The Chats – one of Australia’s most exciting and fun punk rock bands – and Hot Milk, the emo power-pop duo out of Manchester (UK).

Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl teased the Tour after their one-off rock and roll marathon in Geelong last Friday which saw them pull off a historic 3-hour show.

The rave reviews are already rolling in, with Fooeys proving they can still deliver on the big stage:

‘A howling, raucous night of celebration’ – The Age

‘A superlative performance that will set the bar high for all other international acts to follow’ – The Australian

‘As the lights dimmed and the crowd roared, the Foo Fighters appeared before us, feeling like a sight for sore eyes in the wake of empty stages and cancelled tours. Frontman Dave Grohl walked around the stage, simply staring back at the crowd as we all wordlessly exchanged the sentiment that it had been far too long for such an event’ – Rolling Stone AU
